Rachel Robinson manages a broad spectrum of responsibilities as Horizon Counseling and Education Center's Office Manager and Substance Abuse Case Manager. Rachel is experienced and well-informed about all the functions of the agency. Rachel excels in maintaining the organization and structure of the business.

Rachel is a State certified Victim Advocate by the Colorado Organization for Victim Assistance and runs the agency's Victim Advocacy Program. As a victim advocate, Rachel is on-call at all times, ensures there is a safety plan in place, and provides consistent and continued care for victims in need. Rachel is identified by her enthusiasm for the job and charismatic personality.
