Horizon Counseling and Education Center, LLC is a client-centered, full-service agency licensed by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division of Colorado.
At Horizon Counseling and Education Center, we strive to make our classes/groups a positive learning experience, to minimize the additional stress that individuals and families encounter while addressing legal matters, substance use patterns, domestic violence and every day life.
We treat every individual, regardless of circumstance, with respect and dignity. It is our goal to provide information and education as well as a support system throughout your entire program.
